Elder Care Management

We provide a holistic, client-centered approach for you and your loved ones.

What is Elder Care Management?

Elder care management, also known as geriatric care management, is a specialized service that helps older adults and their families navigate the complexities of aging and access the necessary resources and care.

During an initial consultation, an EGIS Care Manager meets with you for a confidential, in-depth assessment of individual and family requirements. Based on this meeting, we develop a detailed, personalized plan. This initial consultation with the Care Manager gives your family confidence that you are heading in the right direction and making the best decisions for your loved one. This can be a great comfort to family members who don’t live nearby.
