A group of inspirational community members came together, united by a shared vision: supporting seniors as they age with dignity. They understood the deep connection many older adults feel to their homes—places filled with memories and meaning. From grassroots beginnings in 1998, Egis has evolved into one of New Mexico’s most trusted home care and elder care management providers. While the organization and service area has grown considerably, the founding principles remain unchanged: empowering seniors to maintain their independence in the homes they love.

Today, a team of professional caregivers and care managers carry forward this legacy of compassionate, community-centered care that began over 25 years ago. Egis offers a wide variety of resources for seniors and their families to be able to make informed decisions and create a plan that matches their unique situation. This may include guidance on addressing signs of dementia, maintaining a safe living environment, hospitalization and discharge, insurance benefits, and mitigating family responsibilities. Our in-home services provide up to 24/7 care, including specialized support for clients living with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s diseases, as well as those recovering from a stroke or hospitalization.

Bart Crockett
Chief Executive Officer
Bart has over 30 years of experience in strategic growth, operational excellence, and people-first leadership. After caring for his own parents, Bart is passionate about enhancing senior home care through exceptional service and compassionate leadership. His expertise in team development fosters an environment where caregivers thrive, clients receive top-quality care, and families have peace of mind. Bart holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from BYU and an Executive MBA from the University of Utah.
Mario Angel
Care Manager
Mario is a dedicated Care Manager with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. Before joining Egis Complete Care, he worked with vulnerable populations for the State of New Mexico, where he honed his skills in team building and leadership. Mario empowers individuals to make informed choices that support their safety, independence, and well-being. He is a Certified Care Manager through the National Association of Certified Care Managers and a member of the Aging Life Care Association.
Diane Quist
Care Manager
Diane brings a diverse background in humanitarian aid and healthcare to her role. Before transitioning to care management, she dedicated 10 years to humanitarian work, providing essential support to vulnerable populations. Diane is committed to assisting seniors navigating care options with compassion and expertise. She is also an active volunteer in therapeutic horseback riding programs. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language & Eastern European Studies and is a Board-Certified optician.
Latricia Gonzales McKosky
Care Manager
Latricia joined us from Christus St. Vincent’s Medical Group, where she managed Pediatric, Family, Women’s, and Geriatric Clinics. As Campus Director for Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, she expanded her expertise in Western and Eastern medicine. A native of Santa Fe, Latricia understands the local community and is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Medical Office Manager.
Lori Stevens
Office Manager
With 18 years of experience in retail management, a decade of service with a Santa Fe non-profit organization, and over five years as a caregiver with Egis Complete Care, Lori has a well-rounded perspective on both client and operational needs. She values the strong relationships she builds with both Egis clients and caregivers, ensuring a supportive and efficient care environment. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and an Associate’s Degree in Radio & Television Broadcasting.
Jennifer Riek
Business Development Manager
Jennifer brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and resort industry to her role as Business Development Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration with a Minor in Business from Stephen F. Austin State University, an Associate’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Education) from Tyler Junior College, and a Travel Career Institute Certification. Jennifer is dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.
