KEVIN KOVAL, MS, MST

Owner / President / Care Manager

Kevin has over 30 years of financial background that includes being a CPA, Financial Business Consultant, and Financial Advisor. His education background includes a Bachelor Science in Finances from University of New Mexico and from the College for Financial Planning and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden State University. Before moving to New Mexico, he was the partner of a highly recognized international accounting and consulting firm in Los Angeles for several years.

He was instrumental in caring for his mom and dad the last ten years of their lives. He worked with in home caregivers and care centers managing every detail for his parents until they passed away.  That experience made him recognize exceptional In-Home Care Services and Eldercare Management services are greatly needed in any community with aging adults. With Kevin’s corporate background coupling with caregiving experience, he had a desire to put his skill set to and desire to help aging adults in their home. 

In his free time, he loves hiking with his wife, Yvonne and his two Weimaraners, Zeke and Hope. He is an avid hiker and enjoys yoga, pilates, gym workouts, and scuba diving.

MARIO ANGEL

MARIO ANGEL

Care Manager

Prior to his work with EGIS Complete Care, Mario worked with a vulnerable population for the State of New Mexico, where team building and leadership skills were acquired. Mario holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University.

During his time practicing Social Work, Mario developed his commitment to maximizing his client’s optimal quality of life while supporting and empowering them in their choices to live safely and independently for as long as possible. He is a Certified Care Manager through the National Association of Certified Care Managers and is a member of the Aging Life Care Association.

In his free time, Mario enjoys good conversations with his family and friends, loves hiking and has a passion for traveling.

DIANE QUIST

DIANE QUIST

Care Manager

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language & Eastern European Studies and holds a Board Certification degree as a seasoned optician. She has worked as a humanitarian aid in the Ukraine for 10 years.

She enjoys helping others, especially seniors and their families, because caring and helping people has been a big focus throughout her life. Her other passion is being an avid volunteer with therapeutic horseback riding in Colorado, Canada, and New Mexico. Diane comes from Alberta Canada and now makes New Mexico her home.

In her free time now, Diane loves to read, participate faithfully in her church and travel domestically, as well as internationally.

LATRICIA GONZALES MCKOSKY

Care Manager

Latricia is a native Santa Fean. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She is a Certified Medical Office Manager and worked for the Christus St. Vincent’s Medical Group for over 5 years. She has managed Pediatric, Family, Women’s and Geriatric Clinics. She was the campus Director for the Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe from 2010 to 2015. Latricia is excited to work with EGIS clients and use her knowledge of Western and Eastern Medicine as well as her knowledge of the Santa Fe Community.

In her free time, she enjoys golfing, cooking and art.

LORI STEVENS

LORI STEVENS

Office Manager

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and an Associates in Radio & Television Broadcasting. She has 18 years of experience in retail management, 10 years with a Santa Fe non-profit organization and 5+ years of caregiving with EGIS Complete Care, Inc. 

An immigrant from Canada almost 3 decades ago, she enjoys the relationships with both EGIS clients and caregivers.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and biking.

JENNIFER RIEK

JENNIFER RIEK

Business Development Manager

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration and a Minor in Business from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition, she has an Associate’s Degree in Inter Disciplinary Studies (Education) from Tyler Junior College and holds a Travel Career Institute Certification. For over twenty-five years, while working in the hotel and resort industry, her focus was on sharing, educating and assisting individuals and companies to have great personal experiences away from their home. Jennifer now is educating and assisting individuals the ability to stay in their own home!

Having moved to Santa Fe in the late 90’s, Jennifer thought NM was going to be a brief stay but now calls Santa Fe home.

In her free time, she loves being with her husband, Mark. Together they enjoy easy mountain biking adventures, dining, and traveling abroad.
